1. Prices and payments

All the prices indicated on the website include VAT. For payments can be made in cash in one of our offices up to the figure of 990.00 euros or by credit card. for online payments, these must be done by credit card, as our site is linked to the PayPall international payment system.

2. Documents required

To rent a motor boat without a license, you must have proof of identity, driving license or passport and have reached 18 years of age. For boats that need a boat license, this will also need to be presented

3. Reservation

It is possible to reserve a boat online on our website or calling our office (+39) 348 0906945. After filling up a reservation form online the client receives on his email a confirmation of the reservations with all the details.

4. Pick up information

You will find detailed information about picking up and delivery location and time in your reservation receipt.

5. How can I pick up a rented boat on Elba island? 

All the conditions of picking up and leaving the rented boat are previously stipulated when you fill up price calculation and booking form in which it is clearly indicated location and time for picking up and delivery. It is necessary to show your ID document, driving license and a valid credit card as a guarantee for signing a rent contract at the moment of picking up.

In case you wish to rent a bigger motor or rubber boat and in case it is necessary to have a power endorsement to sail it you have to show this document as well.

If you need we can provide a picking up and delivery at any address indicated by you at additional charge. It can vary from 49euro depending on the location chosen. We remind you that we offer this service at attractive prices in nearby areas as it is written on our website and that picking up and delivery directly from our Elba offices is free of charge.

6. Which boats can I rent with my power endorsement and at my age? Find out which boats you can rent

According to Italian legislation if you want to rent a boat you have to satisfy some requirements.

MOTOR OR RUBBER BOAT WITHOUT POWER ENDORSEMENT (< 40,8 CV.)
It is not necessary to possess a power endorsement to sail a motor or rubber boat with a motor power not exceeding 30 KW and 40,8 horsepower (CV). It is also possible to sail boats up to 10 meters length (motor boat) or 6 meters (sail boat) at maximum distance of 6 marine miles from the coast without a power endorsement if the boat’s motor power does not exceed 40,8 horsepower. You can sail these boats at the age of 16 and up. For some specific categories of boat this limit is even lower and they can be sailed at the age of 14.

• OUR RUBBER BOAT WITHOUT POWER ENDORSEMENT are from 5,20 to 5,80 meters length and can take up to 10 persons aboard. All of them have an electronic starter and a sun tent.
• OUR MOTOR BOATS WITHOUT POWER ENDORSEMENT are from 5 to 5,60 meters length and can take up to 7 persons aboard, motor power is 40 CV, they have 4 times, an electronic starter and a sun tent.

RUBBER OR MOTOR BOAT WITH POWER ENDORSEMENT (> 40,8 CV.)

The first thing to take into consideration is the boat’s motor power. If it is more than 30 KW (40,8 horsepower) it is necessary to possess a power endorsement to sail the boat.

Besides motor and rubber boats without power endorsement we rent bigger boats that you can sail only if in possess of a power endorsement. They are an ideal choice for long range excursions, on request you can stay on board with a skipper for all the duration of your rental. He will be happy to show you all the most marvelous sites of our coast.

• RUBBER BOAT WITH POWER ENDORSEMENT are from 6,90 to 8 meters length and can take up to 12 persons aboard. The motors’ power is from 150 to 250 horsepower, the boats have 4 times, electronic starter and a sun tent.
• MOTOR BOATS WITH POWER ENDORSEMENT are from 6,90 to 7 meters length and can take up to 9 persons aboard. The motors’ power is from 150 to 225 horsepower, the boats have 4 times and a sun tent.
